Leadership Visibility Coaching is a three-session, one-on-one coaching series designed to help you build and maintain a strong professional presence on LinkedIn.

Session 2: Activating Your Network
Build a simple, sustainable engagement strategy so you stay visible with people you already know and with the broader audience that influences hiring and referrals.
Session 3: Posting in Your Leadership Voice
Learn how to share insights in a way that feels natural, professional, and aligned with how senior leaders actually communicate.
Each session is 45 minutes, scheduled at your convenience, and recorded so you can refer back to it later.

Do I need to be actively job searching for this to be useful?
No. In fact, this works best when you are not under pressure to find a job quickly. The goal is to build visibility and activate your network before you need to rely on it.
Is this coaching or done-for-you?
This is coaching. We guide you on what to do and how to do it, but you stay in control of your voice, your profile, and your content. Many executives prefer this because it builds skills they can use long-term. We also offer done-for-you services if that’s what you prefer.
I am very busy. How much time will this take outside the sessions?
Most executives spend 15–30 minutes a few times a week engaging on LinkedIn once they have a plan. Posting is optional, and we focus on efficiency, not volume.
What if I am not comfortable posting publicly?
That is very common, and it is completely fine. You can build strong visibility through profile optimization and strategic engagement alone. Posting is covered because many executives eventually want to do it, but it is never required.
How quickly will I see results?
