Here's how it works...
First, spend 30-60 minutes on the phone with us to talk through what you want to accomplish.
On that call, we'll come up with a list of topics for the emails.
Then we'll need another 60-minute call to get the information. You'll have the list of topics, so you can think about them ahead of time. But the information you need is probably already in your head - most likely, these are topics you talk about all the time, so it's easy to explain them to us.
In that one call, we can probably get enough information for a dozen emails. If you have other information that you can send or resources you can point us to, that would be helpful.
Then we'll write the emails and send them to you for your approval.
If some of the topics didn't come out the way you wanted them to, we'll redo them.
We deliver the emails in a Word document. You can have them put into your email software and schedule them to go out. If you want us to help with that, we're happy to do it.
