About ProResource

ProResource helps small business owners outsource work to freelancers, virtual assistants and anyone else who works part-time at a remote location.

ProResource is an outgrowth of JMR Consulting, a marketing and public relations firm that has been run as a virtual company for the past 15 years. Small software companies outsource marketing and public relations to JMR. We deliver those services using a virtual team of freelancers and consultants. Each client gets a team that meets their specific marketing needs. JMR's clients are located around the world; team members can be found all across the U.S. and Canada, and in other countries too.

Being on both sides of outsourcing – both as a vendor of outsourced services and as a company that  does outsourcing and uses virtual teams – has given us quite an education. We have spent many years developing and evolving systems and processes and strategies to make it all work.

ProResource is designed to share what we've learned – to provide the tips, tools, techniques and templates that work for us to other businesses.
